Upon receiving his diploma, Hattersley enrolled at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law.  IN 1977, he was hired by the Kroger Company in Cincinnati and spent nine years there in the law department.  He then took a position as Director of Corporate Benefits and Compensation for Kroger.  Tom is an expert at linking individual performance to strategy, and is the founder of Pathway Guidance’s proprietary performance management system – Starway.  He is also a Denison University Research Foundation trustee.
