Denison University

James Bolster won 12 varsity letters during his time at Denison. He won four each in swimming, soccer and lacrosse. He won All-American honors for three consecutive years in the butterfly and also captured an NCAA Division III national championship in that event, as well as a host of Ohio conference championships in both the 100-yard and 200-yard butterfly. Going on to coach the Big Red in swimming, Bolster guided them to top 20 finishes in the NCAA division III swim championships for three consecutive years.
