Denison University

Dudley Brown Jr., was an economics major and a four-year starter for the Denison men’s basketball program. He was named team MVP back-to-back seasons (1971-72, 1972-73) and is the program’s 10th all-time leading scorer (1,329 points) in an era before the three-point shot. 

Brown shared that the lesson that stayed with him the most after playing varsity sports was that hard work can make up for a lot of other short falls that one may have.
