The North Coast Athletic Conference Dennis M. Collins All-Sports Championship is given annually to the school that performs the best across the conference's 23 sponsored sports. Starting in 2023-24, eleven points were awarded for a first-place finish, ten for a second, nine for a third, and so on. Men's and women's performances are combined, exemplifying the North Coast's commitment to equity and balance among programs. Since the award's inception in 1985, Denison has won a record 21 All-Sports Awards, highlighted by a streak of nine consecutive titles that spanned 1997-98 through 2005-06. In addition, Denison has placed either first or second in the standings in 33 of the 39 years of the conference's existence. An all-sports trophy was not awarded in 2020 or 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
