Zumba™:  Ditch the workout and join the party!  Take the "work" out of the workout by combining low and high intensity moves in an interval-style fitness party.  Set to Latin and International inspired music, this class is a workout in disguise!

Yoga:  Renewing and relaxing your mind, body, and soul is key to living an active and healthy lifestyle.  Our yoga classes are designed to help you achieve flexibility, stability, and balance while renewing the mind and soul.  Refocus your energies with this workout!

Pilates:  Strengthen your core, improve your balance and focus your body connection in this mat based version of Pilates.  Our classes emphasize the foundational movements of Pilates and offer modifications for every level.

CycleFit:  Ride through rolling hills, sprint over flat roads, and ride to live in these exercise classes designed to help you feel the road.  You are in charge of your workout in these classes that offer a great workout from start to finish.

Barre: classical dance movements and positions are combined with those drawn from yoga and pilates, and other equipment is sometimes used in addition to the barre, such as resistance bands, yoga straps, exercise balls and hand weights.

WERQ: wildly addictive cardio dance class based on the hottest pop and hip hop music. The workout is nonstop with repetitive athletic moves and fresh dance steps, so you get the best sweat. WERQ Instructors build a playlist based on trendsetting pop and hip hop music.
