Ryan Berger was a four-year letter winner and a three-time All-American in men’s lacrosse.

He ended his Big Red career with 113 goals and 81 assists. He is tied for sixth in career points (194) and ranks 10th in career goals on the all-time Denison statistics list. Berger was a member of two Denison NCAA National Final Four qualifying teams in 1999 and 2001. In the 1999 NCAA quarterfinal against Washington & Lee, Berger scored four goals, helping DU to a 17-7 win. He is a three-time All-NCAC first-team selection, and in 2004, he was named to the NCAC 20th Anniversary All-Decade Team. Berger also is one of just four players in Denison program history to be named as a USILA All-American three times.

He lives in Tustin, Calif., where he is the vice president of personal care services at Providence St. Joseph Health.
