Sarah Finke-Fyffe was a four-year letter winner and a two-time All-American in women's soccer.  A four-time All-NCAC first team selection, Finke-Fyffe was recognized as a member of the NCAC's 20th Anniversary All-Decade team, designating her as one of the top-18 women's soccer players in the conference between 1993 and 2002.

Finke-Fyffe was a member of three NCAA Division III Tournament teams.  Over the course of her four-year career, the Big Red went 58-15-4.  In 1999, she was named the NCAC Newcomer of the Year.  The following season she was voted the league's Offensive Player of the Year.  She was also a four-time all-region honoree who served as a team captain in 2002.

In addition to her time on the soccer pitch, Finke-Fyffe also was a two-year letter winner in women's basketball.

She went on to receive a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from the University of Toledo and is a certified physician's assistant in vascular surgery.

Sarah and her husband, Todd, reside in Skokie, Illinois with their two children; Rowan and Henry.
