Christina Clay was a four-year letter winner in basketball and a three-year letter winner in volleyball from 1990-94.

She holds 13 school records in basketball including most points scored in a game (41), most points scored in a season (576) as well as the career steals  (345) record. In 1994, Christi was named the NCAC Player of the Year and was the NCAC Tournament MVP in 1992 and 1994. Clay scored her 1000th point as a junior and finished her career with 1,645 points ranking her second in the Denison record books.  Clay also holds the distinction of being the only player in Denison history to post a quadruple-double in a game.

In volleyball, Clay was named the team MVP as a senior and was an all-region selection. As a junior, she led the NCAC in digs per game and finished in the top five nationally in that category.
