Erin Stanley is a four-year letter winner and seven-time national champion as a member of the women’s swimming team from 1999-2003.

Stanley captured five of her seven career national championships in 2001, the same year Denison won the NCAA Division III National Championship in Buffalo, N.Y.  That year, she was victorious in the 100 and 200 freestyle, 200 medley relay, 200 freestyle relay and the 800 freestyle relay.  Stanley’s first national titles would come in 2000 as a member of the 200 freestyle relay and 800 freestyle relay.

Over the course of her career, Stanley would post 24 All-American performances which ranks her in a tie for fifth place in Denison women’s swimming and diving history as of 2015.  She would also add six North Coast Athletic Conference championships while swimming four different relays.

A four-time Scholar All-American and NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship finalist, Stanley went on to earn a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis in 2008.
