Mollie Parrish Zook is a four-year letter winner and eight-time national champion as a member of the Denison women’s swimming and diving team from 1998 through 2002.  

One of the most decorated swimmers in program history, Parrish was named the 2001 NCAA Division III Swimmer of the Year after leading the Big Red to its first national championship in school history. She held the national record in the 100 and 200 butterfly and left DU with 15 performances in the top-20 of small college swimming.  Parrish received an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship and was a member of the NCAC’s 20th Anniversary team.  She is a 20-time All-American and a seven-time conference champion.  Parrish also graduated Cum Laude, won the Dean’s Distinguished leadership award, and was a part of Denison’s Summer Scholars program in 2001.

She earned her Master’s in liberal studies from Wesleyan University in 2006 before returning to Denison to serve as an assistant swimming & diving coach.
