Bill Fleitz, a 1950 grad, earned four football letters and three track letters, playing on Woody Hayes’ two undefeated Big Red teams.

Fleitz earned All-Ohio football honors in 1948 and 1949, gained 160 yards in one game for the Big Red, and returned a kickoff 95 yards.  Fleitz was second in the pole vault in an All-Ohio track meet while at Denison.
