GRANVILLE, Ohio (March 7, 2024) – The Denison University men's and women's soccer programs are proud to announce a Spring Youth Clinic on April 28, at the new Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium.
The youth clinic/community day is scheduled for 3-5 p.m. on Sunday and is geared for players ranging from kindergarten to the sixth grade. Participants will need to wear soccer cleats, shin guards, and bring their own soccer ball.
The clinic is free to register. Various members of the Big Red men's and women's soccer teams will be leading the players through soccer-related activities. There will be soccer-related competitions, trivia, prizes and more.
This will be a great opportunity for the youth of the Granville and surrounding communities to come meet the Denison players and coaches and have some fun along the way.
"On behalf of both programs, we're excited to engage our local soccer community with this free event," spoke Denison's Head Men's Soccer Coach
Brandon Bianco. "We look forward to our Denison student-athletes connecting with young players who share the same love of soccer that we do, while also exposing the community to our new facility, Kienzle-Hylbert Stadium."
