Heyes, Kist, and Eusebe named to United Coaches Association All-Region Teams

Granville, Ohio- Three members of the Denison men's soccer team were named to a United Coaches Association Region VII Team. Seniors Henri Heyes and Kameron Kist earned first team All-Region for the second consecutive year, while fellow senior Zarius Eusebe was named to the second team.

Henri Heyes (Defender | Sr. | New Albany, Ohio) - The senior defender earned his second-straight first team All-Region award after having a stellar senior season. Heyes helped the Big Red defense to a conference-leading 11 shutouts and only gave up .67 goals per game. The NCAC Defensive Player of the Year, Heyes also scored five goals, two of which were game-winners, and had nine shots on target. In his career, Heyes finished with 81 games played, all being starts, and netted 11 goals, two assists, and four game-winning goals.

Kameron Kist (Midfielder | Sr. | New Albany, Ohio) - Along with his teammate, Kist was named first-team All-Region for the second consecutive season. The NCAC Midfielder of the Year led the team in goals (9), and second in assists with six. He led the NCAC in shots with 55, and tied first in shots on goal with 27 and points with 24. Kist also ranked top three in goals and assists in the conference. He finished his career playing and starting in 64 games, scoring 14 goals and 20 assists for 48 points, and had four game-winning goals.

Zarius Eusebe (Defender | Sr.| Wilton, Conn.) - Eusebe earns his first All-Region honors, landing on the second team in his senior season. Eusebe, along with Heyes, held a tough backline on the Big Red defense to 16 games with one goal or less, 11 of them being shutouts. The second team All-NCAC recipient ranked third on the team in shots with 30 and had nine shots on goal. To cap off his Big Red career, Eusebe played in 57 games, starting in 44, and netted 10 goals and four assists for a total of 24 points.

The 2026 senior class is one to remember, as they amassed 52 wins, four conference tournament appearances, two conference championship appearances, three NCAA tournament appearances, and one Elite Eight appearance.
