Heyes Named United Soccer Coaches Scholar Second Team All-American

Kansas City, Mo. - The United Soccer Coaches Association have recently released their Scholar All-American teams, and senior Henri Heyes received Second Team honors just after notching First Team All-Region honors just a day ago. It is Heyes' first nod on a Scholar All-American team.

Heyes, a triple major in Economics, East Asian Studies, and Global Commerce, was named Second Team Scholar All-American for the first time in his career, and his second All-American honor this year (USC Fourth Team All-American). He helped a Big Red backline to 11 shutouts on the season and a trip to the NCAA Tournament, where they advanced as far as the Second Round. In his career, Heyes netted 11 goals, had two assists, and 34 shots on goal. He also had four game-winning goals throughout his time at Denison.
