Emery Kurth and
Justin Tharayil competed in day one of the North Coast Athletic Conference Outdoor Combined Events Championships, hosted by Oberlin College. After their first day of competition Kurth sits in fifth with 2,245 points in the women's outdoor track and field heptathlon, and Tharayil is in fourth place with a point total of 2,893 in the men's outdoor track and field decathlon.
