                     Gambier, Ohio- The 2025 North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) Cross Country Championship is just days away, and the Denison women's team was tabbed as the fifth seed for this year's championships.
The 2025 NCAC Cross Country Championship will take place on Saturday, November 1, on Kenyon College's campus in Gambier, Ohio. Following the men's race at 11 a.m., the Big Red women will run their 6,000-meter race at 12:15 p.m.
At the 2024 championships, the women's team finished fifth, with Jane McNamara earning NCAC Women's Cross Country Newcomer of the Year, after finishing with the top time among all first-years with an 18th-place finish. Junior Fiona Martinelli earned All-NCAC third team honors after taking 15th overall.
