WOOSTER, Ohio (January 27, 2022) – Only five days after competing at the Fighting Scots Invitational, the Denison University women's track & field team returned to the College of Wooster for a traditional dual meet. Unfortunately, most of the Big Red team was not competing due to Covid as the Fighting Scots finished with an 88-25 win.
Up to eight points and two point scorers were available per team in each event other than in the relay races. The Big Red claimed the maximum number of points and swept the top three spots in both the weight throw and the shot put as
Leah Ackerman,
Kylee Silverman and
Tam Dzolic went 1-2-3 in both events.
