WESTERVILLE, Ohio – Denison women's track & field traveled to Westerville on Saturday afternoon and competed at the 2020 All-Ohio Indoor Track & Field Championships at Otterbein University.
The Big Red tallied five, top-15 finishes on the day, including a 13th place finish from Sarah Radziewicz in the 3,000-meter run where she clocked in with a new PR time of 11:09.69. Senior Sydney Lerda also finished 13th overall in the 800-meter run with a final time of 2:29.41.
In the 5,000-meter run, sophomore Emily Willson crossed the finish line in 12th place at 19:15.70. Freshman Carolyn Trent took 14th overall in the one-mile run with a final mark of 5:35.71 and fellow freshman Erin Anderson earned a 15th place finish in the 400-meter dash at 1:03.49.
The Big Red will return to action on Saturday, Feb. 22 when they travel to Springfield, Ohio to take part in the Wittenberg Invitational.
