Denison senior Michelle Clark wrapped up her career on the cross country course with a 91st place finish at the 2012 NCAA Division III Championship from Terre Haute, Ind.
Clark covered the 6K LaVerne Cross Country Course in 22:40.8 placing her 91st out of 263 of the top runners in Division III. Clark posted a mid-point split of 10:51. The winning pace was set by Christy Cazzola of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She crossed the finish line in 20:55.2.
This is the 20th appearance by a Denison female cross country runner at the Division III Championship. Clark's finish ranks as the 11th best finish in school history.
She ends the season as a first-team All-North Coast Athletic Conference selection and is Denison's 15th all-region performer.
