Norman, Okla.- The 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholars for NCAA Division III Men's Golf were announced earlier today, and the Big Red's
Drew Brasky and
Andrew Gallagher were named for their efforts off the green.
This year, 202 NCAA Division III student-athletes from 78 institutions were named a 2024-25 Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar. Denison was one of six North Coast Athletic Conference institutions represented, bringing the total number of NCAC recipients to 16.
To be eligible for the Cobalt Golf All-America Scholar nomination, an individual must be a sophomore, junior, or senior both academically and athletically in the NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA, or receiving an associate's degree and in their last year of athletic eligibility in NJCAA. Nominees must participate in 50% of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average of 79.0 in NCAA Division III, and maintain a minimum cumulative career GPA of 3.2. A recipient must also be of high moral character and be in good standing at their respective institution.
