MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Oct. 15) – Following an outstanding individual performance, Denison University senior wide receiver Tommy Asleson earned a spot on the D3football.com Team of the Week. 
 
The LaGrange, Ill. native hauled in six catches for a career-high 191 receiving yards and scored two touchdowns in Denison's 48-30 win at Wooster on Saturday night. Asleson had a touchdown reception of 24 yards for Denison's opening score. 
 
He later added an 86-yard touchdown score in the third quarter as the Big Red improved to 4-0 in North Coast Athletic Conference play for the first time since 2016. 
 
Denison will square off with nationally ranked DePauw University in a battle of NCAC unbeateans on Saturday, Oct. 19. The Tigers will enter the game ranked No. 10 in the most recent AFCA poll and No. 13 in the most recent D3football.com poll.
