Charlie Webb on Friday, Denison University men's track & field added 77.5 team points to its total during the final day of the 2022 North Coast Athletic Conference Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championships, but it was not enough to keep up with Wabash College as the Big Red finished in second place.
Earning its best finish at the NCAC Outdoor Championship since winning its sixth conference title in seven years in 1991, Denison (132.5 points) finished 25.5 points ahead of third-place Wittenberg University (107) while falling 38.5 points behind Wabash (171), which captured its third NCAC team title since 2019.

Jacob Brown, who finished in eighth place at 16.61 seconds and along with Webb, helped Denison moved up to second place with 88.50 points after 13 events after dropping down to third place earlier in the day.
One day after winning the 10,000 meter run, senior
Keanan Ginell earned all-conference with a second-place finish in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 15:03.45.
