Box Score Denison improved to 4-1 in North Coast Athletic Conference play following a 4-0 victory over The College of Wooster.
The Big Red scored twice within a span of 26 seconds as both tallies came off the stick of first-year Tori Rapillo. The first came in the 19th minute of play when Abby Martone passed the ball to Rapillo who put her shot just inside the left post.
Just seconds later, Rapillo would score again, this time unassisted.
Rapillo would complete the hat trick in the opening minute of the second half when she scored on a shot that was assisted by Jane Higley.
Denison's scoring would be closed out in the 69th minute of play when Martone scored via an assist from Molly Chapman.
DU dominated the Scots in the shot department, 19-3 and outcornered them 13-2. Wooster goalie Carrie Mount finished with 11 saves. Rapillo led DU in shots with four.
The Big Red will hit the road on Saturday when they take on Kenyon College, in Gambier, at 11 a.m.
