Kalamazoo, Mich.- Three members of the Denison diving team have qualified for the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving championships. Senior
Nick Fogle finished first and second in the 3-meter and 1-meter, respectively. Fellow Senior
Brendan Stanley finished third in both boards, while sophomore newcomer
Seamus McCann qualified for his first NCAAs after taking fifth in the 1-meter dive.
On day one,
Nick Fogle and
Brendan Stanley finished first and third on the 3-meter. After 11 dives, Fogle finished with a total of 491.15 points, followed by Stanley, who scored 482.40 with his 11 dives. With Fogle and Stanley finishing in the top four
On day two, Fogle, Stanley, and McCann qualified for the NCAAs in the 1-meter dive after finishing second, third, and fifth, respectively. Fogle took second with a point total of 493.30, followed by Stanley, who scored 471.70 points for third place. Earning his first NCAA qualifying event, Seasmus scored a 448.00 in the 1-meter for fifth place.

Denison men's swimming and diving will be traveling to Indianapolis, Ind., for the 2026 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships with a roster of 15. 12 swimmers have qualified for 39 different events, and after this weekend at Regionals, will round out the team with three divers and an additional two events, with each diver competing in both the 1-meter and 3-meter at Nationals.
