Greenwood, Ind. – Nick Fogle, Jack Hill, and Liam Nelson of the Denison University men's swimming & diving team have been named Academic All-Americans® as selected by College Sports Communicators for the 2025-26 season.
Nick Fogle (Corcoran, Minn. | Psychology) is a 6-time NCAA Division III All-American, which includes his two national titles in 1-meter and 3-meter dive this year. For the first time in his career, Fogle has been named to the CSC Academic All-America® Second Team. Along with his two national titles, he was also named CSCAA's 2026 Division III Diver of the Year. At the conference level during his senior season, he placed third in the 1-meter and won the individual championship in the 3-meter dive.
Jack Hill (Leighton Buzzard, U.K. | Economics) is a 14-time NCAA Division III All-American, including four times in the 200 Free, 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay, and 400 Medley Relay. At his last NCAA Championship, Hill not only won two individual titles but broke the NCAA record in the 100 and 200 Free. For his first CSC Academic All-America® selection, he was named to the First Team. At the conference level, during his junior season, he tallied seven individual championships, including the 200 IM, 400 IM, 200 Free, 200 Free Relay, 400 Free Relay, 800 Free Relay, and 400 Medley Relay.
Liam Nelson (Pakkret, Thailand | Health, Exercise, and Sport Studies) is a 6-time NCAA Division II All-American, including three times in the 200 Breast. Nelson was named to the CSC Academic All-America® Third Team for the first time in his career. At the conference level during his junior season, he won two championships in the 200 and 400 medley relays, and finished second in the 200 Breast.
This brings Denison's count to 137 Academic All-Americans® winners in school history. All three are first-time Academic All-Americans® honorees, and bring the men's swimming and diving Academic All-America® recognition total to 33.
Created in 1952, the Academic All-America® program, selected by College Sports Communicators, is a premier, nationwide college scholar-athlete awards program. It recognizes over 1,400 outstanding student-athletes annually in Division I, II, III, and NAIA, covering all NCAA championship sports.
