Ann Arbor, Mich: In its final meet of the regular season, the No. 4 Denison women's swimming and diving team traveled to Michigan to take on the Division I University of Michigan Wolverines. Though the Big Red fell to the Wolverines 202-87, it was the perfect tune-up ahead of the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships in two weeks.
Top performers:
Despite the loss, Denison earned five third-place finishes from five different team members. Avery Anderson swam the 200 Back in 2:03.19, while Erika Schraber finished third in the 200 Fly with a time of 2:10.08. In the 100 Back, Jassy Park grabbed third after swimming a 55.87 (B-cut), and rounding out the five third-place finishes were Emily Harris in the 200 Free (1:49.42 | B-cut) and Quinn Brown in the 1000 Free (10:09.38)
Diving Results:
In the Denison diving well, senior Fernanda Anzures finished third in both the 1-meter and 3-meter dives. In the 1-meter, Anzures scored 191.63 points, and in the 3-meter, scored 169.50 for third-place.

Denison has a break from competition this week, in preparation for the four-day 2026 NCAC Swimming and Diving Championships. The Big Red will host all of the NCAC institutions inside Trumbull Aquatic Center starting on Wednesday, February 11, through Saturday, February 14.
