Williamsburg, Va. – The Denison University women's golf team capped its 2025 season with a strong showing at the NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championship, held at Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg, Virginia. Competing on both the River and Plantation courses, the Big Red took on the nation's top teams, with Siena Maschke advancing to the final rounds and leading the way individually with a four-round total of 304 (+16) tying the second-best individual finish in school history.
Round 1 Highlights (River Course):
Denison opened the championship with a team effort led by steady play on the River Course.

Lizzy Grant carded a team-low 76 (+4), highlighted by a strong front nine and a birdie.

Siena Maschke shot a 77 (+5), delivering a balanced round with a birdie on the par-3 13th.

Ella McRoberts posted an 82 (+10), with a birdie on hole 11 and a steady closing stretch.

Natalia Fanucchi finished with an 83 (+11), with steady pars.

Isabella Dolan added an 85 (+13), starting her round with a birdie on the second and ninth hole.
Round 2 Highlights (Plantation Course):
The Big Red made strides on day two, improving scores across the board and seeing two end at even-par.

Maschke fired an even-par 72, making a clean back nine and staying level throughout with three birdies.

Fanucchi bounced back with a 72 (E) of her own, notching multiple pars on the front nine and gaining ground on the leaderboard.

McRoberts improved to 80 (+8), showing consistency and control on the front nine.

After 36 holes, Maschke's two-round total of 149 (+5) earned her a spot in the final rounds, while the rest of the team narrowly missed the cut.
Round 3 Highlights (River Course):
Maschke returned to the River Course in Round 3, where challenges on the front nine led to a score of 81 (+9).
Round 4 Highlights (River Course):
Maschke closed out her championship appearance with a 74 (+2) in the final round.
