Granville, Ohio- The No. 14 Denison Women's Golf team claimed two top North Coast Athletic Conference honors and earned several All-NCAC nods after a dominant year of competition. In her first year as a Big Red first-year,
Siena Maschke was named NCAC Newcomer of the Year, and Denison's coaching staff, head coach
Lauren Grogan, assistant coaches
Alexander Jones and
Allie White, were recognized as the 2025 NCAC Coaching Staff of the year.
Maschke, a first-year student from Cleveland, Ohio, earned All-NCAC first team honors and her NCAC Newcomer of the Year honor. She is the fifth consecutive and sixth overall Big Red women's golfer to garner this award. Maschke has earned five top-ten finishes throughout this season, including tying for sixth at the 2025 NCAC Women's Golf Championship, a 54-hole tournament where she shot 235 (78-81-76). Heading into the NCAA Women's Golf Championships, she is ranked No. 8 in the Great Lakes Region and 51st in Division III.
Joining Maschke on the first team are teammates sophomore
Lizzy Grant (Hudson, Ohio) and senior
Ella McRoberts (Venetia, Pennsylvania). Grant is a first-time All-NCAC first team recipient, after earning second team honors in her rookie season. She finished the season with four top-ten finishes, including a second-place finish at the 2025 NCAC Women's Golf Championship, where she shot 231 (73-81-77).
Senior McRoberts is a four-time All-NCAC first team recipient and the 2023 Newcomer of the Year, capped her career as a Big Red with four top-ten finishes this season, including a third-place finish in the Lynn Schweizer Invitational. At the 2025 NCAC Women's Golf Championship, she finished tenth and shot 240 (83-80-77).
Rounding out the All-NCAC selections is sophomore
Natalia Fanucchi (Carlsbad, California), a first-time All-NCAC second team honoree. Fanucchi finished the 2024-25 season with two top-ten finishes, including a sixth-place finish at the 2025 NCAC Women's Golf Championships.
This year, the Denison Coaching Staff earned its fifth-consecutive Coaching Staff of the Year award for women's golf. Head Coach
Lauren Grogan, who has led the Big Red for six seasons, is assisted by
Alexander Jones and
Allie White. The team of coaches has led Denison to nine top-ten finishes this season, six of which were top-five. The Big Red had bookend victories, opening the season with a first-place finish at the Lynn Schweizer Invitational and most recently earning the 2025 NCAC Championship title. The Big Red captured its fifth straight conference title with a 54-hole score of 929 (3030-316-310), earning them an automatic bid into the 2025 NCAA Division III Women's Golf Championships, which will be contested at Kingsmill Resort and Spa in Williamsburg, Virginia, May 13-16.
