GRANVILLE, Ohio - Denison women's squash sophomore Charlotte Jones was recently named Liberty League Women's Squash Performer of the Week for her victories over Hamilton College and William Smith College.

In her first matchup against Hamilton College, Jones swept the sets 3-0 against Hamilton's top player. Not only did she win, but she dominated her opponent in each set, taking the first 11-4 and the second and third at 11-3. 

When facing William Smith College, Jones had a more challenging matchup but still won, taking the sets 3-1. Jones would lose her first set in a close 14-12 loss, but would then take the following three sets 11-7, 12-10, and 11-7 for the final three sets. 

With the help of Jones, the Women's team would finish their weekend with all three matchups won, two of them sweeps. 

The Big Red will now look towards Connecticut as they will face Connecticut College, Wesleyan University, and Haverford College between Friday, January 16th, and Sunday, January 18th.
