Granville, Ohio - The Big Red Men's Squash team looks to improve its season as the team ranks 30th according to the College Squash Association.
2024-25 Season Recap
Denison finished their season with an 8-9 record and a 1-2 conference record. Denison started their season off with four-straight home games, splitting them with wins over Hobart College and Pitt Club. The team wrapped up the regular season with a 4-7 record before competing in the conference tournament. They defeated Hobart 7-2 in the first round but fell in the semifinals in a battle against Haverford, 5-4. The Big Red finished off their season on a high note, capped off with a three-game win streak in which the team would beat #34-ranked Bard 9-0, #31-ranked Hobart 6-3, and #29-ranked Haverford 6-3 in the National Divisional Championships for the Conroy Cup. Six Big Red were named All-Liberty League, with rising senior Juan Felipe Hernandez leading the way with First Team honors.

Key Players Breakdown
Juan Felipe Hernandez: The rising senior has been the forefront of the men's squash team for the past three seasons, as last year he finished with a 15-2 overall record and went a perfect 8-0 in Liberty League matchups. The three-time First Team All-Liberty League recipient finished his season winning 10 straight matches, including three in the Conroy Cup.
Charlie Fenwick: Fenwick, an upcoming junior, was Second Team All-Liberty League last season, as he compiled a 7-10 record and was 5-3 in Liberty League matches. Fenwick won his final two matches to cap off a successful sophomore campaign.
Rounding out the key players are Jackson Bragman and Alex DeLuca, who both were Honorable Mention All-Liberty League last season. Bragmen finished his season with a 9-7 record and going 5-1 in conference matches. DeLuca finished his rookie season with a 8-8 record and an impressive 5-1 record in conference matches.
A Look at the Schedule
Denison starts their year at home on October 31st, 2025, as the team faces the University of Virginia and the University of Rochester on November 2nd, 2025. The team will be mostly on the road this season until their final regular-season game against Chatham University on February 8, 2026. After that, the Men's team will participate in the Liberty League Championship on February 14th and 15th, and the National Divisional Championship from February 27th through March 1st.
