Granville, Ohio- After a tough meet at Akron last week, Denison's women's diving bounced back and improved their scores significantly in both the 1-meter and 3-meter for the Denison Diving Invitational.
In the 1-meter, Lu-Si Minnich finished the day with 253.13 points after six dives, improving her six-dive 1-meter score by 44 points. Teammate Fernanda Anzures finished the day with a score of 166.83, improving her previous meet score by over 22 points.
In the 3-meter, both found their rhythm, with Minnich finishing with a point total of 266.10, a 65-point increase from the Zips Classic, while Anzures improved her point total by almost 40 points, after scoring 191.48.

Denison is off for a week and then returns to Granville, Ohio, to host conference rival Kenyon College on Saturday, November 8, at 10 a.m. inside Trumball Aquatics Center.
