With a total of five lead changes on day three, the lead changed hands after every event on Friday until the final two events of the day.
Pritchett won the conference title in the 100 butterfly for the second year in a row, this time swimming an NCAA Division III National "B" cut time of 54.90 seconds and leading a group of Big Red swimmers that swept the top-four spots in the event. Pritchett was followed by

That gave Denison an 815.5-767.5 lead over Kenyon following the first event of the night, marking the first lead change of the day, but then after
Esme Wright (4:22.57) and
Tara Witkowski (4:23.26) finished back-to-back in second and third place with a pair of "B" cuts in the 400 IM, the Owls retook the lead by six points (908.5-902.5) after putting five swimmers into the A final.
The Big Red then took the lead back (1,043.5-995.5) after the 200 freestyle as Harris picked up the win with a time of 1:49.57 and was followed by
Annie Pfeufer (1:50.40) in fourth,
