WATERFORD, Conn. (Oct. 19) – The Denison University men's cross country team made the trek to Connecticut to take place in the Connecticut College Invitational on Saturday. The event was held at Harkness Memorial State Park.
Phinnigan Spindler led the Big Red with a time of 26:53.1 in the 8K event.
Nico Martinelli clocked in with a time of 27:03 to finish next for Denison.
William Allain came across with a time of 27:18.7.
Hudson Jones finished with a time of 27:38.3.
Cole Clodgo timed in at 27:40.8 while
Leo Wisnefski crossed the finish line with a time of 28:03.6. and
Zachary Perlman finished at 28:22.1.
The Big Red finished in 32nd place in the team standings.
The NCAC Championships will take place at LaVern Gibson Cross Country in Terre Haute, Ind. The event is scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 3.
