GRANVILLE, Ohio (November 6, 2023) – Sophomore Juan Felipe Hernandez was named the Liberty League Men's Squash Performer of the Week while freshman Jackson Bragman earned Rookie of the Week honors for their respective showings during Denison University's season opener this past weekend.

The highlight for the No. 29-ranked Big Red in a 7-2 loss vs. No. 15 Chatham was a gutsy five-set comeback win, 3-2 (7-11, 11-9, 10-12, 13-11, 11-7), in the No. 1 seed for Hernandez, who pulled out a hard-fought 13-11 win in the fourth set before winning 11-7 in the fifth.

In addition, Bragman rolled 3-0 (11-8, 11-3, 11-7) at the No. 9 seed for his first-career win.
