Men's golf drops first match of the season

Will Grady posted a 78 against Wittenberg.

SPRINGFIELD, Ohio-- Denison men's golf battled the cold and wind throughout the 18-hole round, eventually suffering its first setback of the season, falling to Wittenberg 302-314, at the Springfield Country Club.

Ben Scherman led the way for Denison finishing tied for second with a round of 75.
Will Grady followed with a round of 78, followed by Sam Davis at 80.
Marc Mitchell and Jesse Felker rounded out the starting five with rounds of 81.

Denison men's golf will be back on the course on Thursday, April 1 where they travel to Delaware, Ohio to take on the Ohio Wesleyan at Oakhaven Golf Club. Start time is TBA.
