#25 Denison women’s golf takes down Wooster

WOOSTER, Ohio — Denison women's golf backed up Friday's win over DePauw with another win on Saturday, this time securing a 352-372 victory over the College of Wooster at the Wooster Country Club.

Senior Megan Wong led the winning effort with a round of 83 to place first overall and sophomore Laine Hursh came in with a round of 84, good for second place in the dual match.

Julia Shafir and Sophia Alexander finished in fifth and sixth place with rounds of 91 and 94, respectively.

The Big Red will return to action on Saturday, March 27th when they host Wooster and Wittenberg at Denison Golf Club. The round will begin at 11 a.m.
