Denison got three wins apiece from Carolyn Kane, Marissa Bednarek, and Mary Van Leuven as the Big Red cruised to a 196-95 win over North Coast Athletic Conference foe, DePauw.
In their second dual meet in less than 24 hours, the Big Red would post 12 victories. On the boards, Emma Weber won the 1-meter with an 11-dive score of 402.23. Eva Vivero was second with a score of 363.53 while Katherine Hennigan was third with 350.33. On the 3-meter board Denison kept the same order as Weber won with a score of 380.78. Vivero finished with 350.78 while Hennigan checked in with a score of 311.10.
Victories in the 50 and 100 freestyle would go to Van Leuven. She covered the 50 free in 23.79 and touched in 52.14 in the 100 free to edge teammate Ashley Yearwood who touched in 52.72.
The Big Red started things off with a win in the 200 medley relay as Carolyn Kane, Bednarek, Yearwood and Van Leuven finished in 1:45.10. Carolyn Kane would go on to win the 100 fly in 57.13 and the 200 freestyle in 1:52.93.
Meanwhile, DU's third three-time winner, Bednarek, would lock up victories in the 200 breast (2:20.04) and the 100 breast (1:04.86). In both events, Marisa Pulaski was the runner-up. She posted a 2:24.02 in the 200 breast and a time of 1:07.09 in the 100.
In the 100 backstroke, Yearwood was the winner in 58.19 while Elizabeth Kane followed in 59.85.
In the 1650 freestyle, Campbell Costley would finish second with a time of 17:16.84 while Taylor Johns hit the wall in third with a time of 17:25.76. Costley would return with a victory in the 500 free in 5:03.11 while Johns logged another third place finish after a time of 5:08.28.
Denison's top finishers were rounded out by Halli Garza who won the 200 fly in 2:03.69 and Libby Dalziel who was the runner-up in the 200 backstroke in 2:12.49.
Denison improves to 5-3 in dual meets this season. They will return to action next Saturday, Jan. 16 when they travel to Pittsburgh for a dual meet against the Division I Panthers at 11 a.m.
