Granville, Ohio- The Central Collegiate Fencing Conference named this year's All Conference Teams for the 2025-26 season, and four members of the Big Red women's fencing team were recognized. Foilists Velma Hall and Lal Ertun, as well as Saberists Natalie Isberg and Joyce Yu were recognized by the coaches of the conference for their excellent contribution to their team, both in and out of competition.

 

Foil

Velma Hall (Senior | Dublin, Ohio)- Hall, for the third consecutive year, has earned a spot on the CCFC All-Conference Second Team. Hall wrapped the 2025-26 season with a record of 74-33 and finished 14th at the CCFCs. Hall currently holds a program record 301 victories and, ahead of the NCAA Regionals, holds a 74% winning percentage.

Lal Ertun(Junior | Istanbul, Turkey)- For the third year in a row, Ertün was named as a CCFC All-Conference Honorable Mention. She finished the 2025-26 season with a record of 71-36, finishing the conference season in 10th place. Ertün's career record is 225-103, and she has qualified for this year's NCAA Regionals.
 

Saber

Natalie Isberg (Senior | Libertyville, Ill.)- After finishing 11th at the CCFC Championships, Isberg earned CCFC All-Conference Honorable Mention. She finished the season with a record of 36-41, and holds a career record of 209-146 ahead of NCAA Regionals.

Joyce Yu (Junior | Shanghai, China)- Yu finished the regular season with a record of 22-12, finishing 14th at the CCFC Championships, earning her a spot on the CCFC All-Conference Honorable Mention nod. Her career record ahead of the NCAA Regionals is 96-70.
