No. 4 Denison Caps Off Trip With 7-0 Victory Against No. 28 North Carolina Wesleyan

Hilton Head Island, S.C. - In their final battle down in Hilton Head, the No. 4 Denison men's tennis team came out on top once again 7-0 over No. 28 North Carolina Wesleyan. The Big Red were methodical in their approach, taking home some close battles and clinching their eighth-straight win. Denison improves to 13-2 on the season.

Doubles: Denison came out hot once again, as Jacob Patterson and Wesley Huang got the early win in a 6-1 decision, and Nick Meyers and Andreas Chapides clinched the first point in a gritty 6-4 decision. Ethan Green and Kael Shah complete the sweep in the No. 1 flight, winning in another 6-4 match to give the Big Red ample momentum heading into singles.

Singles: In singles play, the Big Red had no trouble picking up the win, as Meyers and Shah went back-to-back wins to go up 3-0 right away. Patterson continued his impressive week with a 6-4, 6-0 decision to clinch the Big Red win, and Green along with Borosko fielded impressive performances to garner six wins for the Big Red in the morning slate.
