Holland, Mich. - The Big Red traveled up north to Hope College for a battle of top-50 ranked teams, and came out victorious in a decisive 6-1 matchup. Denison swept through doubles play, and the backend of the group provided support early on for the win. In the victory, Denison moves to 5-2overall and secured its fourth straight match victory.

Doubles:

To kick off the trip up north, the Big Red doubles pairs took care of business in quick and dominant fashion. The duo of Nowicki and Larsen handled flight three in a 6-0 sweep. The team of Chistyakova and Van Winkle secured the early 1-0 lead with a 6-3 decision in flight two. Oda and Ramos had to battle in flight one, but ultimately came out on top in a 6-4 decision to secure the doubles victory.

Singles:

To rattle off its fourth straight match victory, the Big Red claimed five of six singles flights to send Hope home with a loss. Larsen and Nowicki were the first to strike, taking out their opponents in straight sets. In flight four, Chistyakova would secure the elusive fourth point in a straight set victory. Ramos and Van Winkle would not be far behind, taking care of business in flights two and three. In the final match of the win, Oda would take her opponent into a third-set tiebreaker but would ultimately come up just short.
