Granville, Ohio- A beautiful three-day stretch on Denison's campus welcomed back the reigning NCAA Division III Men's Tennis National Champions, as they hosted Case Western Reserve University, Carnegie Mellon University, and North Coast Athletic Conference foes DePauw University and Kenyon College for the Denison Invitational.

Day One

Denison and Case Western Reserve University met for the first time since their NCAA Championship Final matchup, where the Big Red won 4-2, and they both picked up right where they left off, as on the first day the Big Red split in doubles play but would win five out of the nine matches to barely edge out the Spartans on day one. The Big Red would make quick work of Carnegie Mellon University, winning their only doubles match and winning six out of the seven singles matches, three of them being three-set matches. The two teams to round out day one would be NCAC rivals DePauw and Kenyon, as the Big Red took down the Tigers, winning two out of three in doubles and sweeping the six singles matches. The Owls put up a much tougher challenge, as they won two out of three doubles matches, but Denison would avenge those losses in the singles category, taking six out of eight matches to wrap up day one.

Day Two

Sunday would feature more doubles matches on the schedule, as the Big Red would just edge out Case Western Reserve University once again, dropping two out of the five doubles matches and splitting the singles matches 2-2. Denison would split in doubles with Carnegie Mellon but would win both of their singles matches. The Big Red would breeze through DePauw, sweeping the Tigers in two doubles matches and four singles matches, all in straight sets. Denison only played Kenyon in singles matches on Sunday, as the Big Red won two out of the three matches to cap off the successful weekend and start to the 2025-26 season.
