Box Score Lake Nona, Fla: The No. 23 Denison women's tennis team faced the George Fox Bruins in a Thursday morning match at the UTSA National Campus in Lake Nona, Florida. The Big Red present off a doubleheader sweep on Tuesday, taking down IU-Kokomo and UW-Eau Claire. This match marks the first in Florida for George Fox. With a 6-1 victory, Dension moves to 6-3. The win hands George Fox their second loss of the season, dropping the Bruins to 8-2.

Dasha Chistyakova split the first two sets to her opponent, ultimately falling in the final set for George Fox's only point of the match. The sealing point came from
Peyton Oda, who battled her opponent into a second-set tiebreaker, coming out victorious to secure the win for the Big Red.
