Match 1: (Denison 3, Wooster 0) (25-20, 25-17, 25-20)

The Big Red were able to celebrate their seniors in fashion with a dominant three-set victory in Livingston Gymnasium. In the opening set, the Big Red jumped out to an early lead and did not look back. Leading by as much as six, Claire Hamilton and Kate Sicklick recorded the final two kills to put Denison up 1-0.

The second set was much of the same story. Denison earned the opening points and grew a sizable lead. The Fighting Scots were able to claw back to within two, but Ryan Kotalik served seven straight to push the Big Red up nine. Carolina Parkhurst notched the final two points to take a commanding 2-0 match lead.

In the third and final set, Denison found themselves in an early hole. Knotted at 10 all, the senior duo of Sadie Habeeb and Alice Kempf willed the Big Red back into the driver's seat. Falling back on the high momentum, Habeeb dropped two service aces in a row to cement the 3-0 match victory.

Overall, the Big Red box score was spread throughout the roster. Ayla Dunbar and Maeve Perry led the kill column with nine apiece, while senior Maxon Perkins also recorded a pair of kills. Kempf led the way with 20 assists on the night while Habeeb tallied 17 digs in the win.
