GRANVILLE, Ohio (November 28, 2022) – Denison's University's Maddie Goodman has been named the North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Athlete of the Week for the week ending on Sunday, November 27.

Goodman, a sophomore guard from Delaware, Ohio, helped guide the Big Red to a 2-1 week with wins over Franciscan and Maryville (TN) last week. After averaging 9.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 2.0 assists across a pair of games at the Pat Deacon Classic, Goodman was named to the All-Tournament Team. She finished the week averaging 10.7 points, 4.0 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.3 blocked shots per game.

Next up for the Denison women's basketball team will be its first home game since the season opener as the Big Red welcome John Carroll University into Livingston Gymnasium for a 5 p.m. tipoff on Wednesday, November 30.
