Bryan Nibert enters his seventh year as the assistant women’s tennis coach at Denison University in 2024-25 after more than 30 years of coaching experience and involvement in the United States Tennis Association.

In 2022, the ITA announced Coach Nibert as the Central Regional Assistant Coach of the Year. In his fourth season, Nibert helped the Big Red to a 15-8 overall record, their 13th overall and first North Coast Athletic Conference Championship since 2016, and their second straight and 14th overall NCAA Tournament appearance. Additionally, with a 6-0 win over Pitt-Greensburg in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, Denison has now won its first match in each of its last 11 NCAA Tournament appearances dating back to 2004.

In the world of tennis, Nibert's coaching accolades have covered both the high school and club levels. He also served on the USTA’s Junior Competition Committee for 10 years while being selected for the Midwest Coaches Commission executive board and coaching multiple club teams.

As a player, Nibert won more than 20 sectional titles across the country and has been named as the No. 1 player in the Midwest. He is a certified USPTA Elite Professional with specializations in high-performance coaching and competitive player development, currently serving as the head professional at the Racquet Club of Columbus.

Nibert lives in New Albany, Ohio with his wife, Cathie, and step-children, CJ, Alex and Robert.
