Darien Williams will enter his second season as a member of the Denison University football coaching staff, serving as the safeties coach.
In 2025, Denison finished 6-4 and 5-3 in conference play, finishing fourth in the conference. Williams coached a secondary group that was stout all season, finishing tied second in the conference in interceptions with 12. Colton Morrow was named third team All-NCAC, leading the team in tackles with 63 and one interception. Jonathon Higle was named NCAC Defensive Player of the Week, and was second in the conference in pass breakups with 13. Thomas Hansen ranked third in the conference in interceptions with three, returning them for 11 yards.
