2019 (Senior): Long man out of the Denison bullpen posted a perfect 9-0 record and a 2.72 ERA in 59.2 IP ... Troll went 2-0 at the NCAC Tournament, helping Denison to the tourney title ... he allowed one earned run with seven strikeouts in 9.2 IP in a 5-4 win over Allegheny and the deciding 7-5 victory over Wooster in the tournament championship ... his nine wins are the most ever by a reliever at Denison ... finished the season with a career-best 55 strikeouts ... threw a complete-game shutout with six strikeouts in Denison's NCAA Regional victory over La Roche (May 17).

2018 (Junior): Appeared in 13 games for the Big Red, making eight starts ... finished with a 4-2 record while recording 24 strikeouts in 50.2 innings pitched with a 6.04 ERA ... named NCAC Pitcher of the Week following seven scoreless innings and four strikeouts in a win over Hampden-Sydney (March 4).

2017 (Sophomore): Started four of five appearances on the year ... went 2-0 with a 2.57 ERA and 10 strikeouts in 21 innings of work ... struck out a season-best three batters in the Big Red's 5-3 win over Ohio Wesleyan (April 30) ... earned NCAC Pitcher of the Week honors on May 1 after surrendering just one earned run over the course of 10 innings against Otterbein (April 26) and Ohio Wesleyan (April 30).

2016 (First-Year): Made seven appearances and five starts on the mound ... was 1-0 with a 5.04 ERA in 25.0 innings pitched.

Personal: Financial economics major ... son of Suzanne and John Troll ... academic all-state (2015) and a member of the National Honor Society at Brebeuf Jesuit High School ... is a member of DSAAC, the Denison Student-Athlete Advisory Council and the Denison Investment Club.
