Biography

2021 (Senior): Made 17, a team-high, out of the bullpen... went 3-1 with a 2.53 ERA... threw 21.1 innings, struck out 24, opponents hit .225, and recorded two saves... threw two innings of scoreless relief, striking out four in win over Wooster on March 28th.

2020 (Junior): Made five appearances out of the Big Red bullpen as a junior ... recorded three strikeouts in 4.0 innings of work.

2019 (Sophomore): Made 11 appearances as a sophomore ... recorded a 3.00 ERA over 12 innings of work with seven strikeouts ... threw three-straight scoreless outings in wins over St. Joseph's, SUNY Cobleskill, & Ohio Northern (March 20-28).

2018 (Freshman): Appeared in five games as a rookie, making one start for the Big Red pitching staff ... posted a 5.40 ERA over 8.1 innings of work with six strikeouts ... threw three scoreless outings for the DU bullpen, including a hitless inning of work with two strikeouts in a 16-4 win over Hiram (April 13).

Personal:  Financial economics major ... is the son of Amy and Ben Struewing ... named to the National Honor Society at Thomas Worthington High School.
