2018 (Senior): Made 15 appearances out of the bullpen ... went 1-1 with a 4.00 ERA ... recorded nine strikeouts in 18.0 innings of action ... earned the win in a 15-12 victory over St. Lawrence (March 23) ... pitched 3.1 innings of scoreless baseball with three strikeouts in a 4-0 win over Amherst (March 18) ... leaves Denison ranked fourth all-time in career relief appearances (48).

2017 (Junior): Finished tied for second on the team with 17 appearances out of the bullpen ... went 5-1 with two saves on the hill ... posted a 3.00 ERA with 15 strikeouts in 30 innings of work ... four of his five wins came in league games ... earned three victories in NCAC West Division play and another in the crossover series against Allegheny (May 6) ... struck out a season-high four batters en route to a three-inning save against Amherst (March 13).

2016 (Sophomore):  Made nine appearances.  Went 1-1 in 11.1 innings pitched ... earned a victory in an 18-11 win over Calvin where he pitched 3.0 innings without allowing an earned run on March 5.

2015 (First-Year): Made nine appearances, including two starts ... went 1-1 with one save and 10 strikeouts in 13 innings of work ... threw 2.2 scoreless innings in relief in the season opener against Farmingdale State to earn his first-collegiate win ... fanned three batters en route to a two-inning save against New Paltz State (March 17).

Personal: Biology major ... son of Shelley and Jeff Bruss ... member of the National Honor Society at Aurora Central Catholic High School.
