Since 2012, the immaculate Trumbull Aquatics Center has stood as the home of Big Red swimming and diving. The $20 million facility, named in honor of Scott '70 and Margy Trumbull, ranks among the most advanced venues of its kind in the country.
The center's expansive competition course spans 50 meters in length and 25 yards in width, complemented by a deep diving well and seating for just over 750 spectators. Every detail has been designed with both competitors and fans in mind: a state-of-the-art timing and scoring system, two full-color video boards, and a high-quality sound system create a true championship atmosphere, while a whirlpool spa adjacent to the diving well offers student-athletes a place to recover and recharge. The facility is further rounded out by well-equipped spaces for event administration and media coverage, ensuring seamless operations on meet days.
A proven championship venue, Trumbull Aquatics Center has served as the host site of the North Coast Athletic Conference Championships every year since 2014, and has welcomed the NCAA Division III Diving Regional on four occasions — in 2014, 2016, 2020, and 2025.
Beyond its role as a premier competition venue, the Trumbull Aquatics Center is a true campus resource, offering the entire Denison community abundant space for recreational swimming and other aquatic activities year-round.
